Hotel Policies & Information
Please be advised that we no longer offer Daily Housekeeping services for stays of two nights or less. For hotel stays exceeding two nights, guestrooms will be cleaned and serviced only upon request of the guest for the 3rd day of your stay. Daily housekeeping services may still be provided upon request at an additional charge of $24.95 per cleaning and will be automatically applied to your bill upon check-out. Additional items such as towels, tissue paper, coffee etc. will be available upon request at no charge from the Front Desk and will be brought to your guestroom door. Items such as linens will only be exchanged so please ensure any soiled items are left outside the door in the laundry bag provided otherwise replacement linens will not be supplied. (Guest must be within the room to accept these items) Additionally garbage bags will be provided within your guestroom, please bag any garbage and secure tightly, place outside your guestroom door and notify Front Desk that you have garbage to be removed.
Check-in time – Any time after 4 PM.
Check-out time – Any time before 11 AM
Parking – A Fee of $20 per night per vehicle plus applicable taxes apply.
There is a limit of one (1) vehicle per registered guest room. Extra vehicles may be registered to your room based on availability determined by management and will incur a fee of $25 Canadian per vehicle per night plus applicable taxes. Larger vehicles or trailers in tow that occupy more than one parking space will incur additional charges. You must inform the clerk at check-in of any large vehicle or trailer in tow.
Only those individuals 19 years of age or older may make a reservation to book a guest room. The Hotel requires proof of age (photo ID) at the time of check-in from the registered guest. Children are considered to be 17 years of age and under when accompanying an adult at this property.
Smoking – Our hotel is 100% SMOKE-FREE, failure to observe this policy will result in a charge of $150 and or loss of security deposit for the cleaning and sanitizing of the guest room as agreed to at the time of signing the registration card upon check-in.
Pets – Pets are Not Permitted at this property other than service animals with supporting documentation that is required at time of check-in.
Quiet Time – The Hotel enforces a Quiet Time policy between 11 pm and 7 am within our guestrooms as well as hallways, stairwells, and common areas. We do realise some of our guests are trying to have fun at night, but we must also ensure a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our guests. Failure to observe this policy may result in eviction from the property as well as financial compensation to the disturbed guests.
Pools – (No Lifeguard on Duty) All guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times, the pool area is under video surveillance for everyone’s safety and security and any horseplay in this area may result in being excluded from the pool area for the remainder of your stay. Food or beverages are not permitted in this area as well as any type of glass containers. Failure to observe these policies will result in a loss of pool privileges. Please note the property no longer offers a Waterslide. NOTE: Pools, Hot Tub, Sauna will be closed for scheduled maintenance from May 29 to June 8, 2023
Fitness Room – Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the exercise facilities. Food or beverages are not permitted in this area at any time and proper fitness attire and footwear are required at all times. Fitness room hours are 7 am to 11 pm.
Cancellation or Changes to Reservations
Standard Reservations – Cancellations or changes must be made by 4 pm, 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a charge of a one-night stay plus applicable taxes.
Pre-Paid Reservations – Changes or cancellations are not permitted on these types of reservations and no refunds will be given. Please be advised that your credit card will be charged the full amount upon completion of the reservation and you may not change the original method of payment at a later date.
Cancellations – You must always cancel your reservation through the same booking channel or third-party website in which you originally made the reservation to ensure a proper cancellation and to avoid any cancellation fees or penalties.
Groups & Sports Teams – please refer to your group contract for full details or contact the hotel directly.
Payment & Deposits
Cash or Debit – The full amount of the reservation will be processed with an additional $150 cash security deposit per guest room will be required at check-in as well as a piece of government-issued photo identification must be provided. The cash security deposit is returned to the guest at check-out upon final inspection of the guest room.
Please Note: Cash and Debit paying guests are to be aware that the system automatically deactivates guestroom telephones (outgoing calls only). Without a valid credit card provided to the property at check-in, this service cannot be activated.
Credit Cards – We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, and JCB. A valid credit card will be required to secure your reservation. A pre-authorization for the full amount of your stay plus an additional $150 security deposit will be taken 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. At check-out, guests may pay by utilising the same credit card used at check-in, or by paying cash or debit as well as the security deposit being released back to the guests account. (Depending on the guests financial institution will typically take 3-5 business days).
Additional Guests – All room rates are based upon double occupancy. Any additional adults (17 years of age or older) will be charged $20.00 per additional guest per night, verification of the total amount of occupants is to be confirmed at check-in. Visitors are not permitted on the property after 11 pm. Any persons found within a guest room or on the property after 11 pm will be billed to the guest room as an additional guest.
