Niagara Falls Go Train Schedule & Fares

Visitors to
Niagara Falls have another way of getting here. With approximately 50,000 passengers enjoying the inaugural service last summer,
GO Train is pleased to offer a weekend excursion service again this season. For the second summer, there will be trains running to Niagara Falls on weekends and holidays. This season,
GO Train has added one trip per direction on Fridays in addition to three train trips daily in each direction on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
This season, the train service will be offered from May 21 to September 26. After September 26, customers can be served by GO Bus service.

Niagara Falls group and day period passes are available, allowing for overnight stays.These passes are sold at all GO stations, ticket agencies, and on board GO buses, and are only valid for weekend and holiday trips to/from Niagara Falls VIA Rail station. Group passes are for a maximum of five people travelling together. At least one, but not more than two members of the group must be aged 18 or over. Large groups should contact us for more information.
Where do GO Train arrivals and departures take place in Niagara Falls?
The Niagara Falls VIA Rail station is located at 4267 Bridge Street, about 4 km from the Falls and two blocks from downtown. Google Maps
Where can I park if I plan on taking the GO Train from Niagara Falls?
Parking is limited at the VIA Rail station, however there is free parking available in nearby municipal lots on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
How can I get around Niagara Falls once I have arrived via the GO Train?
Passengers can travel to the tourist areas with Niagara Falls Transit’s Falls Shuttle bus service. This convenient service can be accessed directly in front of the VIA Rail Station. The route map and timetables can be accessed by clicking on Niagara Falls 2010 Riders Guide.
Tickets for the Falls Shuttle bus system can be purchased from:
- Falls Shuttle Operators (Exact change only please)
- All Day Pass Vending Machines located outside the VIA Rail Station (Accepts Coins, Visa or Mastercard only)
- Niagara Falls Transit Bus Terminal directly across the street from the station.
An All Day Pass fare is $6.00, which allows an adult unlimited use of the Niagara Falls Shuttle Buses and the regular municipal bus services. An All Day Pass includes 2 children 12 years of age or younger per paying adult.
Taxis
Taxi stands are located in front of the VIA Rail station.
Walking
It takes approximately 1 hour to walk from the Niagara Falls VIA Rail station to the Falls.
Bicycles
