And this time the exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted with a giant smile and a freindly hello, I knew it was going to be a great stay. I was treated very well during my entire stay by houskeeping staff that cleaned my room every day to the front desk staff who helped me find out where to eat and shop in Niagara Falls. " Great Wine Tour! Me and the husband decided to go on the wine tour offered thru the hotel and it was fabulous. You get picked up at the front door of the hotel and get shuttled to four different wineries for tastings and tours, and you get free time to see the most beautiful little town of Niagara on the Lake. It was a great way to spend the day."

" We stayed with you a few months ago and found our stay wonderful.
The staff that we were in contact with were very helpful and professional in accommodating our needs. An example of this was the small leak that we had in the bathroom. We reported the problem on our way out to dinner and by the time we returned, maintenance had addressed the problem and the staff were waiting for us to return so that they could assist us with moving to another room. Again, they were waiting for -us- to return so that they could assist -us-. They made it about -us- not about them. Our comfort was more important than their inconviences in moving us to another room. You don't get that kind of service everywhere, even though you should. Advice for those looking for a great place to stay with the conviences of a front door shuttle, many local restaurants nearby, and the ease of
getting to the falls without having to stay in the more crowded areas.
